At Gaubharat Agrifoods Union, every order represents the movement of real food—from farms and kitchens to your home. Our shipping and delivery policy is designed to be transparent, practical, and respectful of natural processes.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to sourcing cycles of organic and Panchagavya products.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners.

Certain remote or restricted pin codes may experience extended delivery timelines.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 working days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–8 working days

  • Remote locations: 6–10 working days

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, regulatory checks, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and volume

  • Delivery location

  • Product category (especially perishables)

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

5. Perishable & Sensitive Products

Certain dairy, food, or Panchagavya products may require special handling.

Delivery schedules for such items may be fixed, limited, or zone-specific to maintain product integrity.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Gaubharat Agrifoods Union shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Transport strikes or disruptions

  • Government restrictions or inspections

  • Logistics partner limitations

However, we will proactively communicate any significant delays wherever possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

In cases of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or

  • Record a clear photo/video before opening the package

Report the issue to us within 24 hours for resolution.

9. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on availability.

10. Policy Updates
