• Organic, Panchagavya, herbal, or naturally processed items

Natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, or taste are inherent to organic and artisanal products and are not considered defects.

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

• Refund timelines may vary between 5–10 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Replacement shipments follow standard delivery timelines.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
